Delayed Return If the customer fails to return the unit's SERIAL NUMBER LABEL within ten (10) business days after receiving the trade-in unit, ONKYO will charge the customer's credit card the full MSRP of the selected unit. This is the difference between the trade-in unit price and the trade-in unit MSRP. This charge is not refundable unless the customer can provide Proof of Delivery (POD) that indicates the customer did return the unit on time.

REPAIR OPTION: Return your unit to the Special Program Repair Center for free repair

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING FOR REPAIR


Onkyo offers a simple Customer Care process on a case-by-case basis, providing free-of-charge packing material and a pre-paid shipping label to return your unit for repair. Upon receipt of this material, safely pack your unit and return it to us using the prepaid shipping label. Your receiver will be examined by the Special Program Repair Center to verify its condition and eligibility for this program.

After it has been serviced the receiver will be returned to you via FEDEX at Onkyo's cost. It is important that you clearly include your full name and mailing address (not a post office box) with the unit to be repaired. FEDEX will not deliver to post office boxes or APOs. Only the Special Program Repair Center is authorized to repair your receiver under this extended limited warranty program. The repair process should take approximately 5-7 business days from the time your receiver is received at the Special Program Repair Center until it is returned to or made available for return to you. Prior to repair of your unit, you will be contacted in the event issues are found with your unit that is are beyond the scope of this extended limited warranty program. If any such issues are found, they may result in additional costs to you and extended repair time. Your unit will be reset to factory default; it is recommended that you make a record of any system settings before sending your receiver to the Special Program Repair Center for service.
